I am a senior citizen and struggled with the steps on my first visit to the new premises, which are very smart,. I mentioned it to Sam and she made a point of helping me down the steps when I left.
My appointment on Wednesday was at 9.30am and she texted me just before to say she could meet me and help me in.
That's what I call service, thanks Sam you are a star.

Sam & Cathie are two of the nicest and most down to earth ladies you could wish for to have cutting your hair. Always friendly & up for a chat, but not over chatty if that's not your thing. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else personally. Thanks ladies!

Put simply I easily travel over 5 miles just to come to Industry Barbers once a week and have done now for almost a year!
